[Interview] Unique Home Styling: Sujin's Townhouse

Q1. What was the reason for choosing Kave Home's Nina chair?

A: I wanted to place a comfy armchair in the living room rather than just having a sofa. Recently, I've been really into black, so I was looking for a black armchair and that's when I came across the one from Kave Home. I liked it because it was black, but what really caught my eye was its natural seat. The combination of beige and black seemed to offer a warm yet luxurious feeling.

Q: When decorating a space, what do you consider the most important?

A: I think the arrangement of furniture and color matching are the most important aspects. I like uncommon furniture layouts and prefer a look that isn’t too monotonous. As a result, I often find more inspiration from abroad rather than domestic home styling. Different lifestyles and mindsets lead to unique furniture arrangements and color schemes that I might not have thought of, allowing for the creation of a unique space.

Q: Do you have any personal tips?

A: It's not exactly a special tip, but when using colors, I tend to give a pop of color in just one or two places as focal points. Even in an all-white space, adding just one color accent can completely change the vibe and feel of the room.
